Over the past half century, Central Notion has grown from a supplier of assorted notions and supplies to the garment industry to a world class manufacturer and marketer of tagging equipment supplies, servicing the retail, apparel, and other industrial markets.

Central Notion’s international manufacturing presence enables the company to be a low-cost producer while continuing to maintain the highest standards of quality and dependability. The company operates five manufacturing facilities, three in the United States (Providence, RI; Brooklyn, NY: and Burgaw NC) and two overseas (Seoul, Korea and Qingdao, China).

Central Notion invests heavily into new product research and development, and is considered by knowledgeable observers to be the most innovative organization in its industry. Most recently, the revolutionary Hawk Fine Tagger and the Taggertron line of automated tagging tools have provided the long sought-after solutions to some of the industry’s most vexing challenges.

Central Notion has pioneered several truly innovative service offerings that fall well beyond the scope and capabilities of most manufacturing organizations.
